BUCKSPORT – Thomas A. Roi, 63, died Sunday, Nov. 24, 2013, at his home surrounded by his loving family. Thomas was born July 4, 1950, in Castine, on to the parents of Vincent and Delores (Casey) Roi.
Thomas liked to go fishing and boating, spend time with his family and he loved to cook. He is survived by his loving wife, Kate of Bucksport; two sons, Mitchell Roi of Bucksport, and William Roi and wife, Sally, of Ohio; siblings, Arthur Roi and wife, Durena, of Pottsdam, N.Y., Susan Eastman and husband, Preston, of Bucksport, James Roi and wife, Robin, of Brooklyn, N.Y., Charles Roi of West Palm Beach, Fla., Nancy Stewart of Levant, Sally Roi of Bucksport, Michael Roi and wife, Sherri, of Bucksport and Timothy Roi and wife, Hazel, of Coral Springs, Fla.; special aunt, Nancy Bowden and husband, Calvin, of Bucksport; along with many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; and brother-in-law, Daniel Stewart.
