BREWER, Maine — Due to the possibility of hazardous weather conditions, the Dec. 9 meeting hosted by the Maine Department of Marine Resources to discuss the upcoming elver season has been postponed. The meeting, scheduled for 1 to 5 p.m. at Jeff’s Catering, 15 Littlefield Way in Brewer, will be held at a future date, time and location to be announced.
A second meeting set for 1 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 11, at the Augusta Civic Center, 76 Community Drive in Augusta, will be held as scheduled.
