ELLSWORTH, Maine — Accused murderer Christopher Saenz, 30, is being held without bail at Hancock County Jail. He appeared at Hancock Superior Court for the first time at 1 p.m. Monday.

Saenz is accused of murdering his wife, Hillary Saenz, 29, on Christmas Day. He was arrested and charged with murder late Friday night.
