ST. ALBANS – Carol Lee Brackney (Belleghem), 82 has passed away peacefully surrounded by family in Acton, Maine. She was born in Michigan. Later in life, Carol brought her joyful spirit to northern Maine where she retired with her husband. She was one of two children born to the late Clarence and Doris Belleghem. She was predeceased by her husband (William Brackney) and brother. She will be forever remembered by her 3 children John Brackney, Michael Brackney and Sheryl Taylor. Treasured by her 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. She was a faithful member of the church community and enjoyed socializing and doing crafts with friends. She will live on in the hearts of family members through the life lessons she taught and her contagious smile.
