PORTLAND, Maine — Commuters may want to avoid the Casco Bay Bridge, as the drawbridge spanning Portland and South Portland is stuck in its up position, according to reports.
WMTW-TV reports the bridge is stuck in the up position on the Portland to South Portland side. Police are helping traffic back off the bridge.
