LINCOLN, Maine — The second annual Springtime Truck and Tractor Show will be held on Saturday, May 31, at Robin Crawford & Son Woods Co., 95 Access Road.

The show will be open to trucks, tractors and pickups—old and new. Last year’s event had more than 60 participants from across Maine and organizers expect an equally large turnout this year. Registration begins at 9 a.m. Spectators will be admitted with a $2 suggested donation.

The show will feature a plaque presentation, live music from the East Millinocket band Stagecoach, a 50/50 ticket drawing, and food and apparel sold by the Burlington Fire Department Auxiliary, to benefit their community service programs. Local businesses have donated over fifty prizes, including restaurant and supermarket gift cards for a door drawing.

The Springtime Truck and Tractor Show is funded entirely by donations from corporate sponsors, participants and spectators. The event is planned and staffed by a group of volunteers. Proceeds will go toward two area truckers who are currently battling cancer.
