PORTLAND, Maine — An accident on Interstate 295 has the busy highway reduced to one lane, according to the Maine Department of Transportation.
The MDOT said the multiple-vehicle accident occurred in the southbound lane between Exit 8 and Exit 5.
It was not clear how many vehicles were involved or the extent of injuries of those involved in the accident.
No other details were immediately available.
