BANGOR, Maine — Traffic in the northbound lane of Interstate 95 was slowed to a near standstill after a one-car crash near exit 185.
Nicole Spencer, 36, of Winterport, hit the guardrail after hydroplaning, according to Trooper Christopher Hashey of the Maine State Police. Spencer had only minor cuts to her face and did not need to be taken to the hospital.
State police and the Bangor Fire Department were on the scene at 11 a.m. Saturday and traffic was backed up between exits 184 and 185.
