BANGOR, Maine — A Newport man was indicted Wednesday by the Penobscot County grand jury after being accused of sexually assaulting a girl in December 2004 in Bradford.

Christopher Feuerbach, 30, is charged with two counts of gross sexual assault, a Class A crime.

An arraignment date has not been set.

The victim, now 16, reported the alleged assaults this year, according to the Penobscot County district attorney’s office. Feuerbach is not related to the girl but did know her.

If convicted, Feuerbach faces up to 30 years in prison and a fine of up to $50,000.

Noelle D. Hansen, 22, Ellsworth, three counts of aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs, two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Joshua Harvey, 24, Corinth, domestic violence assault, obstructing a report of crime or injury.

Nelson B. Keyser, 23, Bangor, aggravated forgery, three counts of operating after suspension, burglary of a motor vehicle, forgery, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking.

Ryan King, 38, Old Town, theft by unauthorized taking.
