Thousands nationwide complained of Time Warner Cable outages this morning, a problem the company said it fixed for all customers around 10:30 a.m. ET. Downdetector.com, which tracks Internet outages, shows widespread outages for Time Warner customers and people continued to report slow service on social media this morning.
