MILO, Maine — More than 1,600 Emera Maine customers were without power on Thursday afternoon.

According to a company statement, approximately 1,144 customers are without electricity in Milo, Atkinson, Sebec and Bowerbank.

In addition, 533 are without power in Caribou.

The company said services were expected to be restored by 2:30 p.m. in Caribou, and by 3:30 p.m. in Piscataquis County.
