Season tickets for the Broadway’s Best in Bangor series at the Cross Insurance Center went on sale to the general public Friday, Sept. 12. The series features five touring Broadway shows between December 2014 and May 2015 at the arena.

“Last year’s inaugural year of the Broadway Series was a great success,” Joe Imbriaco, general manager for Cross Insurance Center, said. “We had over 1,500 subscribers, and many of the shows sold out months in advance. We expect this year’s Broadway Series to also be a great success.”

This year’s series expands upon last year’s successful run, with five touring productions, which is an increase from last season’s four.

“We added a fifth show into our Broadway series for this year,” Imbriaco said. “Subscribers have the option of buying [tickets for] four shows, like they did last year, or they can subscribe to all five.”
