GARDINER, Maine — A teenage boy who had been missing since last weekend was found safe Tuesday, police said.
The 14-year-old had been reported missing on Saturday, Gardiner Police Chief James Toman said.
Acting on a tip from the public, police were able to find the teenager at a residence in town, according to Toman.
The boy was healthy and brought to the Gardiner police station, where he was reunited with his family.
Toman thanked the public for their assistance in locating the teenager.
