ROCKLAND, Maine — A third person has been charged in connection with the theft of lobster crates last year.
Heath Yeaton, 36, of Cushing, was indicted by a Knox County grand jury that convened three weeks ago. His indictment, however, was sealed until his arrest.
Yeaton remains held at the Knox County Jail in Rockland.
According to the indictment against Yeaton, he is accused of stealing crates from June 30 through Aug. 15, 2013. Bail was set at $2,500 with the condition that he have no contact with Fox Island Lobster or two other people accused of theft from the company.
Two other people were indicted by the grand jury in connection with the theft of crates from Fox Island Lobster in Rockland on Vinalhaven. Sarah Stalcup, 33, of Warren and Christopher Stalcup, 43, of South Thomaston were indicted for theft.
Sarah Stalcup remains in jail. Christopher Stalcup was released on bail shortly after his arrest.
A fourth indictment remains sealed until the suspect is apprehended.
