GRAY, Maine — Bridge construction in Gray will result in frequent traffic stoppages on the Maine Turnpike starting next week.

Stops of up to 25 minutes will occur in the northbound lanes at Mile 59 for heat straightening repairs to the Dutton Hill Road bridge.

Stoppages will take place 10 p.m.-5 a.m. Monday through Thursday.

All work is dependent on the weather, and motorists should prepare for delays or seek alternate routes.
