Apple of Our Eye

BANGOR — Throughout September and October, C.N. Brown employees sold Apple Mobiles to customers throughout Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont for its annual Apple of Our Eye C.N. Brown Fall Mobile program.

The campaign benefits the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Maine, raising funds to provide families living with muscle disease needed local services including clinics, equipment repairs, summer camp, research and much more.

This year’s mobile program surpassed last year’s record, fundraising over $93,000 for children and adults living with muscle disease.

The Apple Mobile campaign centers on $1 mobiles that customers can buy and sign. The mobiles are displayed on ceilings and walls, helping to decorate stores and get the community behind C.N. Brown and MDA’s mission. Last week, customer names were drawn from those who had purchased mobiles and 25 Apple iPads were given away.
