DOVER-FOXCROFT, Maine — Piscataquis County sheriff’s deputies are looking to identify a person of interest in a string of thefts.
Lt. James Kane said Friday that police have received complaints of firewood and fuel thefts in the town of Blanchard over the past couple of weeks.
A surveillance photo of the man police are hoping to speak with was taken last month by a trail camera, according to Kane.
Anybody who knows the identity of the man is asked to call the Piscataquis County Sheriff’s Office at 564-3304.
