BANGOR, Maine — Four people have been charged in connection with a series of recent car burglaries in the Queen City, according to Bangor police.
Cody Mushero, 19, and Kevin Pearse, 24, both transients, were arrested early Tuesday after Essex Street residents called police to report that they had seen someone trying to break into cars, according to Sgt. Tim Cotton, spokesman for the police.
Both suspects remained late Tuesday at the Penobscot County Jail.
Two other men were summoned in connection with the incident, Cotton said in a news release. Bryan Sennott, 19, and Justin Amos, 22, both transients, were charged with burglary to a motor vehicle.
