AUBURN, Maine — A deputy police chief is suspended, without pay, after allegedly making an inappropriate and sexual comment to another officer.
Investigators said Auburn Deputy Chief, Jason Moen, will serve a one-day suspension for a comment he made back in September. He will also need to take a course on sexual harassment.
Moen appealed the disciplinary action but city officials upheld it last Friday. Moen has 90 days to take the class.
