PORTLAND, Maine — A Gorham woman was indicted this week on two counts of manslaughter for the October crash in Bridgton that killed her two passengers, including a 16-year-old boy.

Candice Tucker, 35, also was indicted on two counts of felony aggravated criminal operating under the influence, according to indictments released Friday by the Cumberland County District Attorney’s office.

Tucker’s allegedly was speeding south on Route 302 just before 6 p.m. Oct. 19, when she attempted to pass another car, lost control of her vehicle and struck a tree, according to WGME.

Brandon Dennis, 16, and Eric Morey, 35, died in the crash. Tucker was taken to a Bridgton hospital and treated for minor injuries.
