ARUNDEL, Maine — A Saco woman was arrested and charged with operating under the influence after she crashed her car into a house early Saturday morning.

Sarah Sullivan, 23, was arrested after being treated at a hospital for minor facial injuries and charged with an OUI, according to a news release from the York County Sheriff’s Office.

The crash occurred a few minutes after midnight, when Sullivan lost control of her 2006 Ford 500 on the Log Cabin Road near the Seashore Trolley Museum. The car crashed through a split-rail fence and into a single-family home.

No one in the house was injured. Damage to the house was estimated at $3,500. Damage to her car was estimated at $4,000.

Sullivan was taken to the York County Jail, where bail was set at $500.
