ROCKLAND, Maine — A 49-year-old Warren woman is facing an additional charge after police said she was found to have drugs in her jail cell.
Tammera Arnold-Lewis was charged Friday evening with trafficking in prison contraband, according to the Knox County Sheriff’s Office. According to a report from Sgt. John Palmer, the woman was found to have three acetaminophen pills and two Klonopin pills hidden in her cell.
Klonopin is a drug used to treat anxiety disorders, and acetaminophen is an over-the-counter pain reliever.
The charge is a felony. She was scheduled to make her initial court appearance Monday afternoon in Rockland District Court.
