ENFIELD, Maine — Two people suffered minor injuries when their vehicles collided on Main Road at about 4:30 p.m. Sunday, a Penobscot County sheriff’s deputy said.
Cody Archer, 23, of Maxfield was southbound in a sedan when a northbound pickup driven by Dwayne Gilman, 55, of Enfield turned in front of him toward a driveway, Deputy Patty McLaughlin said.
Both men appeared relatively unharmed. Lincoln police and ambulance services, plus Lowell Fire Department and Penobscot County sheriff’s deputies, were sent to the scene. The accident occurred in the area of 1350 Main Road.
The investigation is ongoing.
