FG pct.), 6-7 F Nate Sikma (4.3 ppg, 3.1 rpg, 2.2 apg)
Game notes: The Black Bears head back on the road in search of their first victory since Dec. 2. The 13 straight losses, including Thursday’s 76-59 setback against UMBC, have UMaine at the bottom of the league standings. UMaine welcomed back sophomore Troy Reid-Knight after he missed two games with a head injury. The Hawks had won four in a row prior to Thursday’s 62-53 loss to first-place Albany. Like UMaine, Hartford is geared toward getting a lot of open 3-point looks. However, the Hawks also have a polished post presence in Nwakamma, who will be a handful for the Bears’ frontcourt.
