HOWLAND, Maine — The PVC girls and boys all-star basketball games will be held at Penobscot Valley High School on Monday with the girls game tipping off at 5 p.m. and the boys game at 6:30 p.m.
Houlton will battle Piscataquis Community of Guilford in the girls game while George Stevens Academy of Blue Hill will take on Calais in the boys game.
