PORTLAND, Maine — A Portland man suffered minor injuries Monday after he lost control of his sport utility vehicle, which became wedged between two buildings on Forest Avenue.
Police say the vehicle apparently slid sideways into an alley between two buildings after the driver lost control while exiting a parking area. The crash happened around 12:30 p.m. Monday, according to police.
The driver, whose name was not released, was taken to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
The vehicle sustained extensive front end damage and an air bag went off.
