SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine — Commuter traffic Friday morning was affected by a water main break on Highland Avenue.
According to the Portland Water District, the break occurred near 177 Highland Avenue.
Commuters are urged to avoid the area. Highland Avenue will be reduced to one lane in the area of the break.
