KITTERY — Police have accused a woman of drunken driving and trying to hit a man with her car, reports Portland television station WGME, CBS 13.

Police say 37-year-old Laura Teves got upset with a 36-year-old man in her vehicle, and when he left the car, she tried to run him over, but ended up hitting a snowbank instead.

Officers found Teves’ red VW Beetle lodged in the snow at The Farm Bar and Grille in Kittery around 5 a.m. Saturday.

Teves is facing charges including domestic violence assault and OUI.
