BANGOR, Maine — State police on Tuesday released a complete report on the massive pileup on Interstate 95 last month.

According to a statement released by Lt. Sean Hashey, 102 vehicles were involved in reportable crashes during the Feb. 25 event, which spanned four miles from Etna to Carmel. Another 40 vehicles either slid off the road or spun out. A total of 32 people were injured.

Initial reports indicated 75 vehicles were involved.

According to the report, there were 31 reportable crashes and 149 total occupants in the involved vehicles.

No criminal charges are expected to be filed in connection with the accident.
