BIDDEFORD, Maine — Biddeford police say the man accused of stealing art from the North Dam Mill is in custody.
Jachin Caron was arrested in Rumford around 9:15 p.m. Monday, police said. Caron is accused of stealing four canvas paintings worth $200.
Surveillance video shows a man taking the paintings right off the wall and walking away earlier this month. The man then got into a blue sedan and drove off.
Biddeford Police say information from the public helped identify Caron as the suspect.
