OLD ORCHARD BEACH, Maine — An Old Orchard Beach woman is accused of giving heroin to a woman who later died of an overdose.
Brittney Green, 21, is being held at the York County Jail. She is charged with drug trafficking.
Police responded to a call of a medical emergency on March 21 and found a woman unconscious. Rescuers couldn’t revive her.
Police say the woman died from the drugs Green gave her. Green was arrested north of Augusta.
