PORTLAND, Maine — One person is injured and another is in custody following a shooting Friday afternoon on Elizabeth Road, according a city spokeswoman.
CBS 13’s Marissa Bodnar reported late Friday afternoon that police were using a megaphone to communicate with someone. Portland police also were urging parents to keep their children inside.
Neighbors tells CBS 13 that they heard three gunshots around 3:30 p.m.
