PORTSMOUTH, New Hampshire — Portsmouth police are looking for the woman they say purchased a “large amount alcohol” using a stolen credit card at the New Hampshire Liquor Store.
Police say she was wearing all black, with dark-colored hair, and was carrying a light-colored purse.
