PORTLAND, Maine — A man wanted in connection with a Biddeford homicide turned himself in Thursday afternoon, according to the Maine Department of Public Safety.
Mohamud Mohamed, 21, of Portland turned himself in at the Cumberland County Courthouse accompanied by his attorney, Department of Public Safety Spokesman Stephen McCausland said.
Mohamed had been wanted in connection of the March 2013 shooting death of Charles Raybine of Biddeford.
Two other men, John Lopez and Bub Peter Nquany, have also been charged in connection with Raybine’s death.
