AUGUSTA, Maine — For the second consecutive day, local police are investigating a possible bomb threat at Cony High School, according to Lt. Kevin Lully.
Lully said police were alerted shortly before 12:30 p.m., and the school was in lockdown Tuesday afternoon.
Students are being evacuated to an undisclosed location, Lully said.
Lully said all students and staff are safe and there are no known injuries. Police are currently investigating the incident.
No other details were available.
