HERMON — Dustin Lancaster started eighth but surged into the lead on the eighth lap on his way to taking the checkered flag in the 20-lap Modified Enduro feature during Wednesday night auto racing action at Speedway 95.

Lancaster won for the second week in a row, while Andrew Crosby of Hermon took second and Danielle Beal of Hampden rallied late to finish third. Pole sitter Darren Durrell of Newburgh claimed fourth and Bob Seger Jr. of Frankfort wound up fifth.

In the RoadRunner feature, 39 cars clogged the field and it was Sam Betts of Bradley who maneuvered up from his 19th-place start to win his second feature of the season.

William McCullough of Kenduskeag was in charge, but lost a wheel with two laps to go and settled for fifth. Bradley Norris of Ellsworth took second and Donny Silva of Hudson was third, while Brett McCullough of Kenduskeag.
