PORTLAND, Maine — Due to deteriorating weather conditions and concern for public safety due to high winds, Sunday’s Ingrid Michaelson show originally scheduled for Thompson’s Point has been moved to the State Theatre, according to Roberta Wright with Thompson’s Point.

Officials say they explored all options for the show, including relocating, rescheduling and cancellation, but they say moving to the show to the State Theatre was the only viable option short of cancellation. Thompson’s Point tickets will be valid for the State Theatre show.

The capacity at the State Theatre is limited. Officials say, once the capacity is reached they will not be able to admit any additional guests to the show. The doors open at 6 p.m., with a showtime of 6:20 p.m.

Refunds will be given upon request and to anyone not able gain admission to the show because of the venue’s limited capacity. Refunds are available at point of purchase.
