Assistant vice president
Curtis C. Simard, president and CEO of Bar Harbor Bank and Trust, announced recently that John Williams was promoted to the position of assistant vice president and senior risk management analyst at the bank.
Williams, a Clifton native, joined the bank in December 2014.
Williams is a graduate of Brewer High School and attended Yale University, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in economics. While at college he was a member and board member of the Alpha Delta Phi International Fraternity, as well as president of the Yale Chapter. He serves on the institutional review board at Eastern Maine Medical Center.

New team member
BANGOR — Maine Aero Services at the Bangor International Airport announced recently that Matt Saucier has joined its avionics team. Saucier has been worked in the avionics field since 1981. He has held positions from avionics technician and installer to running his own avionics shop in Danvers, Massachusetts. In his new position, he will work as an avionics installer of products such as Garmin, Aspen, Sandel, Avidyne and Technisonic avionics systems. For information, call 990-5555.
