WELLS, Maine — Drivers urged to avoid the Maine Turnpike at Mile 13 because of a motor vehicle accident in the southbound lanes.
According to the Maine Turnpike Authority, state police were stopping traffic in the area early Friday afternoon. A LifeFlight helicopter was also en route to the area.
