CARIBOU, Maine — Strong thunderstorms are expected to rumble through Piscataquis and Somerset counties Monday afternoon, according to the National Weather Service.
Wind gusts of up to 50 mph and hail the size of nickels are possible with this storm.
Torrential downpours also are expected, and flooding is possible.
Motorists are warned not to drive vehicles through flooded roadways.
