BANGOR, Maine — The Darling’s Waterfront Pavilion was rocking Thursday night to the beats of Van Halen, a show that drew very few noise complaints.
Tanya Emery, director of community and economic development for the city, said the show yielded only seven noise complaints.
During the week, waterfront concerts wrap up by 10:30 p.m.
