LONG POND, Pennsylvania — Fort Kent’s Austin Theriault recorded a fourth-place finish in his second Automobile Racing Club of America (ARCA) race in the ModSpace 125 Saturday afternoon at Pocono Raceway.

Theriault again competed in the Venturini Motorsports Toyota sponsored by Linda Bean’s Perfect Maine Lobster.

Theriault was able to overcome a shaky start when his car got some front end damage in a lap-one wreck.

Cole Custer, 17, won the race, the ninth different winner in the ARCA series this season. Custer is a JR Motorsports driver.

Grant Enfinger finished second in the race and was followed by Matt Kurzejewski, Theriault and Josh Williams.

Theriault’s next race is Sept. 16 at Chicagoland Speedway where he’ll compete in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series for Brad Keselowski Motorsports.
