Those are two takeaways from this cool infographic from the outdoors site Wide Open Spaces, comparing the nutritional values of five types of wild game. It’s drawn from data in this wild game cookbook.

The infographic doesn’t include moose meat, but Livestrong says 3.5 ounces of the meat has 102 calories with 22 grams of protein.
