CUMBERLAND, Maine — Cumberland police are trying to identify a young man who was captured on surveillance video driving a stolen van.
Police said a white Ford Econoline passenger van was stolen from Blanchard Road Saturday, Aug. 15. The van was located Friday on Walnut Street in Portland.
The photos aren’t very clear, but police said the driver is seen wearing a white hoodie with the word “TapOut” printed on the chest, back and hood.
