If you had items being repaired at G.M. Pollack before the jewelry store closed its doors, you have two days to get it back.

An attorney handling the company’s bankruptcy case said customers who had jewelry being repaired have from Sept. 8 to Sept. 10 to pick up their items at Keenan Auctions in South Portland.

This does not apply to items people paid for and hadn’t picked up yet when the stores abruptly closed in June.

The jeweler dissolved its business to settle past debts but didn’t intend to close all of its locations. It is a move that left many customers in limbo.
