BANGOR, Maine — The public is being urged to move their vehicles from Kenduskeag Plaza parking areas downtown due to heavy rain, city officials said.
High tide in Bangor is at 1 p.m. and will be at approximately 16.51 feet, Public Works Director Dana Wardwell said.
Water may rise through catch basins and flood low areas, so parked cars should be moved before high tide.
Businesses in low-lying areas should also take notice.
