SEBEC, Maine — Firefighters from Sebec and several nearby towns were called to Milo Road to extinguish a farmhouse fire Saturday.

The fire began around 2 p.m. and crews were still at the scene as of 6 p.m., a dispatcher with the Piscataquis County Sheriff’s Office said.

No injuries were reported. Crews from Brownville, Milo, Dover-Foxcroft, Charleston and Bradford were among those who turned out to assist.
