AUGUSTA, Maine — The Legislature’s Government Oversight Committee is questioning witnesses today as part of its investigation of whether Gov. Paul LePage acted inappropriately by threatening to withhold discretionary state aid to Good Will-Hinckley if the organization, which runs a charter school, did not rescind its employment offer to House Speaker Mark Eves.
