SCARBOROUGH, Maine — An unregistered sex offender has been arrested in Scarborough, charged with failing to register for the fifth time.
Bryan Keith was arrested during a search of his residence Thursday morning.
During the search, police also found two loaded .40-caliber handguns, a police-style vest with a badge on it, over $19,000 in cash wrapped in $1,000 bundles, four cellphones, two computers and other items.
Keith is charged with failure to register, theft for receiving stolen firearms and possession of a firearm by a felon.
