CARMEL – Richard J. Talbot, 85, died November 25, at a Howland Healthcare Center.
He was a US Army Veteran of the Korean War.
Surviving are his wife, Muriel A. Talbot; two daughters, Kathleen Beriau and Linda Devens; two step-sons, two step-daughters, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
